This AI-based solution will make it very easy for you to identify spam calls. During the press conference, the company has announced that this service is going to start from tonight.
Airtel’s AI-based Spam Calls Solution
In today’s time, about 87% of people are troubled by spam messages. Currently, there are systems like spam filter, crowd source based app, CNAP to deal with spam calls, but they are not able to provide a complete solution. In such a situation, Airtel has reached a conclusion after a year of hard work with the help of about 10 thousand people and Airtel has launched AI based Spam Calls solution. This facility will start from tonight.
Every unknown call will be seen as suspected spam
This AI based solution will give real time alert. Every unknown call will be seen as suspected spam. We are not blocking it right now, but will block it in future. To avail this facility, Airtel users will not need to install any app nor will they have to pay any charge. Talks are going on with all telecom operators regarding service calls like Swiggy, Zomato etc. so that they can be kept separate from spam and their identification can be made easy. Currently this facility will be available on smartphones. It is being upgraded for feature phones.
