Honey Brooks say Sharing my husband has strengthened our marriage – I’m the one who suggested it

Saucy model Honey Brooks says having an open marriage with her husband has strengthened their relationship. The pair welcome a number of women into their lives, and it was her idea

A wife and mum has revealed that opening her relationship with her husband has strengthened their marriage.

While the hit US reality show The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives sends shockwaves with tales of cheating in the community, Honey Brooks says it’s exactly that type of behaviour that galvanised her relationship. 

As the seemingly perfect world of wholesome Mormon content creators was turned upside down by accusations of “soft swinging” and multiple divorces, Honey and her hubby were actively inviting others into their wedded bliss.

And, somewhat surprisingly, it wasn’t the husband’s masterplan to welcome a number of extra females to their lives. Honey said: “Despite what one might assume, it was actually my idea to bring other women into our bedroom.

“We had never done anything like this before, but my husband had mentioned to me it was his fantasy to see me with another woman and then getting to share her together.”

The couple first decided to take the plunge around three years ago, with a girl called Evie who posed as a naughty nanny in a video for their saucy content channel.

Since then, a number of other women have followed, including more content creators, sex workers, friends of the couple and even “randoms” who reached out to them on social media.

Honey said she doesn’t feel any jealousy when she sees her husband with another woman. In fact, she loves it.

“I find women so sexy and I love to sleep with them,” she said. “So it’s very satisfying for me being able to enjoy a woman then watch my husband enjoy her too.”

Honey said the connection between her husband and the other women remains skin-deep.

She added: “He’s never had an emotional connection, I don’t think he’s entertained it or really even had the chance since we don’t see many of the other women again. If we have a good impression of the encounter and she does too, we will go back for seconds or thirds.”

According to Honey, bringing a third person into their bedroom has strengthened their marriage.

“We are so much closer since opening up our relationship. Our communications skills and trust are second to none and we’re incredibly open about what we love in the bedroom knowing there’s no judgement,” she said.

Honey doesn’t necessarily recommend this course of action to every couple.

“If you think you might like to try bringing another person into your relationship, I suggest taking it slow,” she said.

“Communicate every step of the way, respect each other’s boundaries and if at any stage your partner feels uncomfortable, you both need to stop. Remember this is a ‘us’ thing, not ‘me,’ so the pleasure needs to work both ways.

“Reassess after each experience and see where you’re both at, and most importantly, don’t put pressure on each other to feel a certain way.”
