Sexpert shares best modern sex tips from pegging to mind-blowing oral

Sexpert Tracey Cox claims that old-fashioned moves in the bedroom can lead to sex becoming unappealing. To tackle the issue she’s revealed the moves you need to try out

A sexpert has claimed there are certain moves in the bedroom that can show you’re out of touch, so you need to spice things up if you want to become a sex machine.

Tracey Cox has said that old-fashioned attitudes are “unappealing” and holding on to old beliefs will fail to impress people in the bedroom.

When you grow older, the world around you changes, and so do attitudes to when it comes to getting up close and personal between the sheets.

But, if you’re looking to win someone over in the bedroom, Cox says you need to let go of the past and start looking at the modern world.

To help people get out of a rut – and spice things up between the sheets – she’s revealed the big dos and don’ts when it comes to sex in 2022.

What do men need to know?

Focus on the clitoris

One of the main things the lads need to focus on is the clitoris, according to Cox.

She told Daily Mail that “old school thinking” is when men seem to think the clitoris is the part that’s visible but, what they need to know, is that the visible part is actually just the tip.

Around 90% of the clitoris actually lies beneath the surface and it is a highly sensitive erogenous zone.

Cox said: “Just like his penis, the clitoris is made of erectile tissue and engorges with blood when she’s aroused.”

She also notes that it’s the “only organ in the human body with no purpose aside from pleasure.”

We need our lungs for oxygen, we need our hearts to pump blood and our brains help us think. Meanwhile, the clitoris does nothing other than help us to achieve that oh so sweet Big O.

So, if you really want to impress your partner, Cox suggests you shouldn’t simply use your tongue or fingers on the tip.

Instead you need to focus on stimulating the inner clitoris via the front vaginal wall.

She said you may get brownie points if you spread your fingers too by laying them flat over her outer labia and firmly pressing down in a steady rhythm.Don’t be prudish about porn

Another dated concept that some men carry is that women don’t like watching porn, the sexpert claims.

But she says men should get used to the idea that women can also be turned on by erotica, even if they may enjoy slightly different types.

Cox writes: “We might not watch it as much as men do – women make up a bit over a fourth of all visitors on the Pornhub site – but it’s not quite the ‘guy thing’ people make out.

“Lots of women enjoy porn – and plenty love having it playing while they’re having sex.

“It adds variety and excitement without the dramas of inviting another body into the bed and it’s arousing.”

The sexpert pointed out that ladies often consume different erotic content to men, such as audio porn.

She recommends asking your partner if she wants to listen to some, handing her some earphones and then stimulating her while she listens.

Listening to porn is very different to watching it, and it’ll make a difference if she’s the only one who knows what’s actually being whispered into her ear.

Women are known to take well to erotic tales, as they like listening to the seductive plot.

Size doesn’t matter

The last big old-school idea that men need to rid, according to Cox, is that you need a big penis to keep your partner satisfied.

Wrong. She said it’s far more impressive for a guy to be clued up on his oral skills – every time.

Cox said: “Guess how more than half of women (53%) have their orgasms? It’s not through intercourse.

“Guess how many women enjoy receiving well-executed oral sex, according to a 2021 study? A whopping 90.9 per cent.

“You already know only 25% of women have their orgasms through penetration – so why are men still obsessed with their penises?”

What’s more, Cox points out that large penises can often cause women a bit of pain, as they have a habit of bumping into the cervix, which can hurt.

If a man is confident with what he’s doing, no matter what size his penis is, he’ll be better in bed for sure.

Cox said that the big thing to impress a woman with is oral sex, so make sure you know the basics.

She said focus needs to be placed on the direction in which you circle the clitoris, and bear in mind that each direction feels different.

Mix it up by alternating between clockwise and anti-clockwise, and avoid focusing on one spot for a long period of time.

She said you could even target new sweet spots by trying to spell her name on her clitoris with your tongue.

What do women need to know?

Anal stimulation can be fun

Cox said it’s wrong to be suspicious of men who enjoy anal stimulation.

She said it may be a good idea to suggest experimenting, as the male “G spot” can often be neglected.

It is an “outdated” concept to think that anal penetration is only for “gay” men.

The prostate gland is up there, which is packed with nerve-endings provide pleasure for “all sexualities”.

Sex toys aren’t just for women

You also need to bear in mind that sex toys aren’t just for women, as men also like to use them.

It’s said that men learning to enjoy anal stimulation has led to the increased desire for male toys.

But Cox said whenever you’re considering experimenting with anything anal, you need to talk about it first.

The love guru recommends “pegging”, which is the practice of a woman penetrating her partner with a strap-on.

She explained: “Most couples get a buzz because it reverses the gender roles, as well as being an effective way to stimulate one of his most sensitive erogenous zones.

“A little too adventurous? A well-lubed finger inserted just before orgasm will do the trick. He liked it?

“Try a vibrating prostate simulator: they’ve revived many a man’s flagging interest in sex.”It’s OK not to reach orgasm

Cox also said women need to stop being embarrassed about not being able to reach orgasm through intercourse alone.

It’s not your fault if this happens, so don’t feel like you’re not a “real woman” if you experience it.

Cox said latest orgasm gap figures still show that 95 % of men usually or always orgasm during partnered sex.

In comparison only 65% of women manage to achieve this, but the writer believes those figures are much lower for the ladies.

And while an orgasm stimulated by oral sex can be mind-blowing, the ability to gaze into each other’s eyes is taken away, and that affects some people.

Penises aren’t always “ready for action”

And, last but not least, if your guy hasn’t got an erection it by no means translates into “you can’t turn him on.”

You need to accept that he’s just human, and can’t just make the magic happen whenever you want him to.

Cox explained: “The old thinking that him being ‘hard’ and her being ‘wet’ are the absolute measurement of a man and a woman being turned on were dismissed years ago.

“For both sexes, arousal is affected by so many other factors than just attraction.

“Stress, feeling tired, too much alcohol, some medications, performance anxiety, hormone levels, relationship problems – the mind might be very willing, but all of these can make the flesh weak.”
